【摘要】 “执行难”一直是困扰人民法院工作的一个突出问题,在法院的执行工作中“执行难”表现在很多方面;透过现象可知,形成“执行难”的因素也很多,有法院内部的原因,也有外部执法环境的因素,还有执行立法滞后的原因;解决“执行难”问题,应先明确指导思想,进行体制改革,同时要求采取针对性的措施,在法定的执行程序内采用法律手段,千方百计克服执行难的现象。更多还原
