【摘要】 目的 比较应用ELISA检测尿液和血液中HIV-1抗体结果的一致性。方法 对470名被检测者平行采集尿液和血液标本,应用ELISA方法分别采用尿和血初筛试剂检测尿和血标本中的HIV-1抗体。结果 采集到470名被检测者尿液,2份样本检测结果为阳性,采集到447名被检测者血液,初筛和确认同有2份标本阳性。分析结果表明应用尿、血标本检测 HIV-1抗体方法的一致性为100％。结论 采用尿试剂进行 HIV-1抗体检测值得大范围推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the consistency of the results of detecting HIV - 1 antibodies in paired urine and serum specimens by ELISA. Methods The paired urine and serum samples were collected from 470 individuls, and the HIV - 1 antibodies were screened by urine and serum ELISA kits, respectively. Results Of the 470 individuals, 470 urine samples and 447 serum samples were collected. Two urine samples appeared to be positive and 2 serum samples appeared to be positive by ELISA and WB. Taking the results together, the consistent rate of HIV - 1 antibodies screened by urine and serum specimens is 100% . Conclusion It is proposed that urine ELISA should be introduced in wider field.更多还原
