【摘要】 目的 了解医务人员对在性病门诊宣传推广使用安全套的认识及影响因素。方法2000年6-8月对参加性病艾滋病健康教育培训班的261名学员进行问卷调查和专题讨论。结果 共收到258份有效问卷,发现45.5％的皮肤性病专业人员认为病人没必要用,73.3％的医务人员认为病人不喜欢用。影响推广使用安全套的主要因素有:降低快感（77.5％）、周围环境有压力（63.2％）、与病人谈论性问题有困难（53.1％）和政策不支持（45.3 ％）等。基层（地市级以下）认为“周围环境有压力”、“谈论性问题有困难”和“不会演示安全套使用”的比例较中央、省级单位高。结论 加强对医务人员尤其是皮肤性病专业人员及基层医务人员推广使用安全套的宣传与培训,完善有关宣传推广使用安全套的政策,加强社会各部门的协调配合,才能做好安全套推广工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand health workers’ attitude to promote condom use in STD clinics. Methods A questionnaire investigation and focus group discussion were held in 261 trainees who attended the workshops on health education for STD/HIV/AIDS from June to August 2000. Results A total of 258 questionnaires were received, which indicated that 45.5% of dermatologists/venerologists considered it unnecessary to promote condom use, and 73.3% of them mentioned reluctance of their patients to use condoms.The factors affecting condom use promotion includes reduction of orgasm. (77.5% ), external pressure (63.2%), reluctance to talk about sex issues(53.1 % ) and lack of policy support (45.3%). Conclusion In order to promote condom use, it is necessary to provide training for health workers, especially dermatologists/ venerologists and primary health care workers.更多还原
