【摘要】 目的 调查了解劳教吸毒罪错人员HIV感染情况。方法 用酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）和确诊实验（WB）对吸毒者分别进行 HIV初筛和确认。结果 在 659名吸毒者中查出 HIV阳性者 4例,检出率为 0.61％。年龄以 20～40岁为主,感染者职业以农民居多。结论 静脉注射毒品可能与感染HIV有密切关系,注射时间越长,感染危险性越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehend the HIV infections among drug users in Ningxia Reeducation unit. Methods HIV antibodies were screened and confirmed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) and western Blot(WB), respectively. Results Of 659 drug users, 4 ones being all male were confirmed to be infected HIV, with a HIV positive rate 0.61% . The age range of HIV positives were mainly within 20-50 age group and, almost all HIV positives were peasants. Conclusion The intake routes of drug use may relate closely to HIV infective rate and, the longer one takes drug by intravenous injection, the higher the risk of infecting HIV.更多还原
