非开挖钻机动力头的仿真设计
Simulation Design of Power Unit of Trenchless Drilling Rig
【摘要】 由于钻机动力头的设计存在着复杂性与多变性 ,难以用一系列的数学公式表达。提出了采用面向对象的表达方法 ,建立动力头的体系结构。利用专家系统的知识构造法建立了基于设计人员经验的知识库 ,用一定的推理规则进行相似产品的设计 ,缩短设计周期。
【Abstract】 It is dificult to set up a mathematical model to describe working process of power unit system and predict its performance.In this paper,a mothod based on object oriented method is used to describe the architecture of unit system.The knowledge data base management system (DBMS)based on the principle of expert system is used to store the designer and matcher’s experience,to perform the similar produce designing by inference can reduce the period of designing process.
