【Abstract】 This paper reviews the synthesis of PTC ceramic material by microwave method. The mechanism and advantages of microwave synthesis compared with traditional synthesis methods are reviewed in detail. Microwave radiation synthesis is promising method to obtain excellent high performance PTC ceramic material. Prospect for near future in microwave synthesis is discussed.更多还原
