【摘要】 对吡喹酮驱虫速溶片剂的辅料进行了初步筛选 ,采用正交试验法 L8(2 7)探讨了最佳处方。结果表明 ,吡喹酮驱虫速溶片剂的最佳处方由羟丙基纤维素 30 0 g/ kg,微晶纤维素 30 0 g/ kg,淀粉 40 0 g/ kg和适量聚乙烯吡咯烷酮 (质量分数为 1% )等辅料组成。用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定 ,结果表明平均回收率为 99.5 3% ,有效成分含量按标示量计平均值为 97.42 % ,相对标准差分别为 0 .96 %和 0 .5 9%。质量检测结果表明 ,吡喹酮的平均片重为 0 .5 0 32 g,重量差异 3.2 % ,已达到《中华人民共和国药典 (2 0 0 0年版 )》要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adjuvants have been screened about praziquantel fast dissovling tablets.The preferable formulation has been choosed according to orthogonal experiment design L 8(27).The preferable formulation consists adjuvants such as hydroxypropyl cellulose (mass number was 300 g/kg),microcrystalline cellulose (mass number was 300 g/kg),starch(mass number was 400 g/kg) and palyvidone(mass fraction was 1%).The content of praziquantel has been determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Mean recovery rate is 99.53% and content of active ingredient (scalar of per tablet) is 97.42%,RSD are 0.96% and \{0.59%\} respectively.The results of qualities test are that mean weight of tablet is 0.503 2 g and weight difference is 3.2%.It accords with "Pharmacopoeia of the Peoples Republic of China".更多还原
