【摘要】 以中山市国家级生态示范区土地利用优化为例，在对其土地利用现状进行调查分析的基础上，运用层次分析法的基本原理和数学模型进行了土地利用对策研究。首先将土地利用对策划分为战略目标、规划战略、制约因素和政策措施４个层次，建立土地利用对策模型和判断矩阵，并作一致性检验，求算出相应的权重，据此对土地利用对策措施进行排序，根据排序结果，认为中山市国家级生态示范区的土地利用主要应采取合理布局，统筹安排各业用地，优化土地利用结构，提高土地利用率等措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on investigation and analysis of the land use status of the National Ecological Experimental Zone of Zhongshan City, The fundamental principles and mathematical model of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) were applied in studies on land use measures. Land use measures were marked off to 4 layers of stratagical target,planning stratagem,restrictive factor and measures. Model of land use measures and judging matrix were developed, test of coherence was carried out,corresponding weight was calculated, and land use measures were sorted. Accoding to the sorting result,distribution with reasons,making overall plans, optimizing land use structure,and improving using ratio of land are the main measures to be adopted in the development of the National Ecological Experimental Zone of Zhongshan City.更多还原
