【摘要】 将葡萄卷叶伴随病毒 的 CP基因克隆到表达载体 p ET- 30 a中 ,转化大肠杆菌 BL2 1,筛选得到阳性克隆 GB- 1,用 IPTG诱导使其表达。SDS- PAGE电泳分析表明 ,该 CP基因在大肠杆菌 BL2 1中得到大量表达。用该病毒的 CP抗血清通过间接 EL ISA证明所表达的蛋白具有很好的抗原性更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study,the coat protein gene of GLRaV 3 was cloned into expression vector PET 30a,then translated into E.coli BL21,and the recombinant plasmid was obtained.GLRaV 3 coat protein gene was expressed in E.coli through IPTG inducing.And a 35 Ku peculiar protein as expected was showed in SDS PAGE.The antigenicity of this protein using ELISA was verified as well.更多还原
