电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨电刺激小脑顶核对急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素的影响。方法 将急性脑梗死患者 60例 ,随机分为电刺激小脑顶核治疗组 3 0例 (治疗组 ) ,和常规治疗组 3 0例 (对照组 ) ,分别观察治疗前后血浆内皮素 (ET)水平的变化 ,并与3 0例健康查体者血浆内皮素水平进行比较。结果 急性期脑梗死患者血浆内皮素水平 ( 58.76± 2 2 .56)ng/L ,明显高于健康体检者 ( 40 .3 9± 1 2 .2 7)ng/L ,P <0 .0 1 ,电刺激小脑顶核治疗组与对照组间内皮素水平差异无显著性 ,P >0 .0 5,治疗后治疗组患者血浆内皮素水平 ( 3 9.87± 1 5.2 7)ng/L ,较对照组 ( 55.67± 1 3 .3 6)ng/L明显降低 ,P <0 .0 1。 结论 电刺激小脑顶核可降低急性脑梗死患者血浆内皮素水平 ,从而起到脑保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation on plasma endothelin of patitnts with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods Sixty patients with ACI were equally divided into the fastigial nucleus electric stimulation group and conventional medication group randomly.Before and after the treatment, the endothelin (ET) level were measured and compared with the the ET level of 30 healthy subjects.Results The ET of ACI patients was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects(58.76±22.56) vs (40.39±12.27) P<0.01. before the treatment,the ET of fastigial nucleus electric stimulation group and medication group in ACI patients was′t different.But after the treatment, the ET of the former was obviously less than that of the latter(39.87±15.27) vs (55.67±13.36),However,there was no difference in medication group before and after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that fastigial nucleus electric stimulation could reduce of plasma ET, which is an effective therapy for acute cerebral infarction.
