【摘要】 目的　观察培哚普利对慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法　慢性充血性心力衰竭患者 4 3例 ,随机分为对照组 (n=2 0 ) ,培哚普利治疗组 (n =2 3 )。对照组常规应用硝酸酯类、洋地黄及利尿剂治疗 ;治疗组在常规治疗基础上加培哚普利 2-4mg/d ,治疗 2 0周。观察治疗前及治疗 4周、2 0周时左室舒张末径 (LVEDD) ,左室舒张末期容积 (LVDEV) ,左室射血分数 (LVEF)。结果 :培哚普利治疗组各项指标明显改善 ,与对照组比较 ,有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,未见明显血压下降、肾损害等副作用。结论 :培哚普利能显著改善慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的心脏功能 ,且安全、方便。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effects of perindopril in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart-failure.Methods Forty-three patients with chronic congestive heart-failure were divided into the experimental group (n=23) and the controls (n=20) randomly.The controls were treated routinely with nitrate esters,digitalis, diuretic .The patients of the experimental group were received routine treatment combined with perindopril 2-4mg daily.The treating couse lasted for 20 weeks .LVEDD,LVDEV and LVEF were observed before treatment and after treating for 4 weeks and 20 weeks respectively.Results The results of the experimental groups indicated that all the tested indices were improved significantly.Compared with the controls,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The blood pressure of the patients didn’t decline remarkably,and there was not any side-effects.Conclusion Perindopril is quite effective in improving the heart function of the patients with chronic congestive heart-failure.It is safe and convenient to be used in clinical practice.更多还原
