【摘要】 目的　观察复方止痛软膏对疼痛模型动物止痛和消炎作用。方法　疼痛实验采用小鼠热板法和扭体法 ,致炎实验采用小鼠耳片肿胀法。结果　复方止痛软膏对热板所致小鼠疼痛的痛阈可有明显的提高 ,用药后痛阈值提高 1 4.81±4 .0 7sec ,差异显著P <0 .0 0 1 ;可使醋酸腹腔注射所致的小鼠扭体次数明显减少 ,与对照组比较差异显著P <0 .0 1 ,与止痛消炎膏比较差异显著P <0 .0 1。对由二甲苯所致的小鼠耳片肿胀有明显的抑制作用 ,与对照组比较差异显著P <0 .0 1 ,与醋酸去炎松组比较差异显著P <0 .0 5。结论　复方止痛软膏具有明显的止痛消炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of compound medicinal herbs for easing pain and diminishing inflammation in mice.Method The experiment were carried out in model mice.The pain model were developed with hot-plate procedure and wring body caused by acetic acid.The inflammation model were induced by ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene.Results The compound medicinal herbs could increase the threshold of pain (P<0.01) and diminish the inflammation of ear(P<0.01).Conclusion The compound medicinal herbs had effects of easing pain and diminishing inflammation.更多还原
