【摘要】 目的　探讨超声引导下宫腔手术在临床中的应用。方法　用超声引导完成较困难的宫腔手术 ,并记录手术时间及出血量。结果　手术成功率 98.5 8% ,无手术并发症发生。结论　超声引导下完成宫腔手术 ,提高了手术的准确性和安全性 ,避免了手术并发症的发生 ,尤其是畸形子宫的宫腔手术 ,充分体现了超声引导下手术的优越性更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of the uterine cavity operation with direction of ultrasonography in clinical practices.Methods We performed the difficult uterine cavity operation with the direction of ultrasonography and recorded the operation time and the volume of blood fleeding.Results The rate of success was up to 98.58%.There was no operation complication in all patients.Conclusions Performing the difficult uterine cavity operation with the direction of ultrasonography not only raised the accuracy and safety but also avoid the operation complications,What is more,it has more advantages to perform cavity operation on the abnormal uterus.更多还原
