一种新的小白鼠低气压性缺氧模型实验装置

【摘要】 目的 :研制一种新的小白鼠低气压性缺氧模型实验装置用于实验教学。方法 :采用低值、耐用材料加工制作 ,进行动物实验 ,评价该实验装置的实用性。结果 :实验表明该装置操作简单 ,复制的小鼠低气压性缺氧模型与人的高原性缺氧的发病原因 ,发病机理近似。结论 :该实验装置实验结果稳定 ,可重复性强 ,实验教学效果良好

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a new experimental device for reproducing oxygen deficit model of low air-pressure in mice to serve for teaching.Methods The newly-developed device was made of some cheap materials with endurance.The practicalities of the device were determined with animal experiments.Results The experimental results showed that it was simple to run the device.The pathologic mechanism of the experimental model reproduced in mice was similar to that of oxygen deficit of highland in human being. Conclusion The experimental results of the newly-developed device are stable and could be repeated.Moreover,its teaching effects are ideal in teaching practices.
