耐蒸煮型聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究

【摘要】 论述了一种新型的用于粘接蒸煮型软包装 PET/ Al复合结构的双组分溶剂型聚氨酯胶粘剂 ,对胶粘剂的配方设计、预聚工艺对预聚反应程度的影响、NCO/ OH比值和胶粘剂的固化工艺对胶粘剂粘接性能的影响进行了研究 ,并确定了合理的预聚工艺和固化条件。

【Abstract】 Adhesives needed for and used in food packaging in China have been found to be not sufficiently resistant to steaming and boiling. We designed a two-composition solvent adhesive for adhering polyester film to aluminum foil. We studied the influence of pre-synthesis process on pre-synthesis degree. Fig.4 shows the variation of adhesive strength with the ratio of NCO to OH. Fig.5 shows the variation of adhesive strength with time of curing, the curing temperatures being 40℃(curve 1), 50℃(curve 2), 60℃(curve 3), 70℃(curve 4). The two-composition solvent adhesive we designed contain mainly poly(tetramethylene adipate) and polyfunctional isocyanate preformed polymer. The results listed in Tables 2 and 3 show preliminarily that the adhesive we designed can be much better than adhesives preciously used in China.
