【摘要】 目的为了阐明汉滩病毒囊膜蛋白及核壳蛋白与免疫保护力的关系。方法采用区带离心及柱层析纯化汉滩病毒LR1株囊膜蛋白GP和核壳蛋白NP,以GP、NP和GP+NP分别免疫家兔,测定其中和抗体和保护力。结果实验显示,GP和GP+NP免疫组家兔血清中和抗体滴度≥110,NP免疫组家兔血清中和抗体≤15;而保护性试验显示,GP、NP、GP+NP免疫组家兔均可保护100ID50同株病毒的攻击。结论上述结果表明,汉滩病毒GP和NP组份均与其保护力有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To study the role of Hataan virus GP an d NP in anti -infectious immune.Methods The rabbits were immunized respectively with GP、NP and GP +NP samples which were purified from suckling mice brains infected HFRS LR 1 strain by zonal centrifugation and c hro-matography,the neutralizing antibody and prote ctive test were carried out.The immunized rabbits were chal lenged by 10 -5 (100ID 50 )attack of HFRS virus LR 1 strain.Result The titre of neutralizing antibody was≥1:10in the rabbits immunized by GP an d GP +NP and≤1:5in the rabbits immunized by NP,but all immu nized rabbits by NP、GP、NP +GP could protect 100ID 50 attack of Hataan virus LR1stain.Conclution Above -mentioned experiments show t hat GP and NP of HFRS virus play an important role in anti -infec tious immune.更多还原
