【Abstract】 An extraction medium with the combination of antioxidants and chelants, which can remove phenolic compound, polysaccharide and terpenoid, was successfully used to obtain total DNA from the leaf tissues of Larix chinensis beissn. The DNA yields, quality and purity were characterized. These isolated DNA could be used directly for PCR reaction, RFLP and RAPD analysis. A rapid, inexpensive and reliable procedure has been developed for further study of genetic diversity of this species.更多还原
