催化光度法测定水中痕量钒
Catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace vanadium based on the indicator reaction between crystal violet and potassium bromate
【摘要】 在柠檬酸存在下的硫酸介质中 ,钒 ( )催化溴酸钾氧化结晶紫为指示反应 ,通过条件选择 ,建立了催化光度法测定痕量钒的新方法。在 90℃恒温水浴中加热反应 1 2 min,测定钒的线性范围为0 .4~ 1 0 0 ng/ 2 5m L ,测定下限低达 0 .0 1 6ng/ m L。该法灵敏度高 ,选择性好 ,直接应用于环境水样中超痕量钒的测定 ,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace vanadium was developed. It is based on oxidation decoloration of crystal violet with potassium bromate in sulfuric acid medium and in the presence of citric acid as activator. The range of determination is from 0 4 to 100 ng/25 mL vanadium(Ⅴ). This method is of good selectivity and has been applied directly to the determination of ultra trace vanadium in natural water with satisfactory results.
