西部大开发中国有集团公司的功能定位
On the Position of the Functions of the State-owned Group Corporation in the Development of Western Regions in China
【摘要】 以西部大开发为背景 ,运用现代经济学中集团公司功能定位的基本理论 ,从国有集团公司的特性出发 ,对西部地区国有集团公司的功能进行了重新定位 ,指出西部地区国有集团公司在西部地区经济发展中具有特殊的政府与市场的双重功能定位 ,从而为我们进一步分析西部地区国有集团公司管理体制和经营方式的改革提供理论基础和框架。
【Abstract】 The thesis re examines the position of the function of the state owned group corporation of the western regions in China and puts forward its special dual function of the government and market in the economic development of the western regions in China.
