油气水三相流标定系统
Calibration System for the Measurement Instruments of Three-phase Flow of Oil, Gas and Water
【摘要】 认为在油田生产中 ,要科学准确地计量原油产量 ,就必须确保计量油、气、水三相流仪器的准确性 ,这是一项技术难度很高的任务 .首先 ,介绍了油、气、水三相流标定系统的工作原理 ,其次 ,根据目前国内的实际需要 ,设计了既能体现当今技术水平 ,又便于实现的三相流标定系统 .系统达到的稳定度 :液相± 0 .2 % ,气相± 1 .5 % .三相混合液经分离 ,油中水含量小于 1 % .
【Abstract】 In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement instruments of three phase flow of oil, gas and water, a calibration system is designed for them. The principle and constituent of the system are presented. The main accuracy specifications of the system are ±0.2% for liquid, and ±1.5% for gas. The water containing in oil is less than 1% when oil, gas and water are separated.
