水平气液两相变质量分层流动模型

【摘要】 由于水平井筒和常规水平管道中气液两相流动的相似和差别 ,可以预知常规水平管流的流型转变机理及压降计算方法 ,对于井筒流动来说就需要进行修正或扩展 .根据气液两相界面波的迅速成长机理 ,考虑了管壁入流或出流的影响 ,得到水平井筒气液两相变质量流动分层流向非分层流流型转变的判别方法 .并对气、液两相分别应用质量守恒方程和动量守恒方程 ,考虑管壁存在入流或出流对于分层流流型压降的影响 ,得到水平井筒气液两相变质量流动分层流流型的压降计算方法 .

【Abstract】 The mechanism of the flow pattern transition and the method of calculating the pressure drop of the gas-liquid two phase flow in a horizontal borehole can be obtained by the extention or modification of those of the gas-liquid two phase flow in a general horizontal pipeline because of the samilarity and the difference between the two flows. when there is the inlet flow through perforation channels, the gas-liquid flow in a horizontal borehole is variable mass one. The criterion of the flow pattern transition of the variable mass gas-liquid flow from stratified flow to non stratified flow was derived based on the fast growing mechanism of the interfacial wave of gas phase and liquid phase. And The formula of calculating the pressure drop of the stratified flow is also presented. It is shown that the condition of the flow pattern transition of the variable mass gas-liquid flow is different from that of the gas-liquid flow in general horizontal pipeline; the pressure drop of the former is greater than that of the latter , and the greater the flow rate of the inlet flow, the greater the pressure drop.
