振动焊接对焊件疲劳寿命的影响及机理分析

【摘要】 对机械振动焊接试板与常规埋弧自动焊接试板进行了残余应力测试、金相观察及疲劳试验 ,研究了机械振动焊接对焊件疲劳寿命的影响 .结果表明 ,机械振动焊接可降低焊接残余应力、细化焊缝和热影响区的金相组织 ,提高焊件疲劳寿命 .在本试验条件下 ,纵向残余应力降低 43% ,横向残余应力降低 2 5% ;振动焊接试样热影响区的晶粒度为 5级 ,而常规埋弧自动焊接试样热影响区的晶粒度为 3级 ;振动焊接试样的疲劳寿命提高 35% .并应用金属疲劳理论分析了振动焊接提高焊件疲劳寿命的内在本质

【Abstract】 Fushun Petroleum Institute, Fushun, Liaoning 113001, China)Abstract:The residual stresses and metallographic observations in heat affected zone, and fatigue life of a mechanical vibration welding steel plate were compared with those of a ordinary welding steel plate. The comparison results show that mechanical vibration welding can decrease the residual stress in heat affected zone, refine crystal grain, and improve the fatigue life of the weldment. Under the experimental condition, longitudinal residual stress is reduced by 43%, transversal residual stress is decreased by 25%; the crystal grain size is decreased from 3 grade to 5 grade; the fatigue life is increased by 35%. The mechanism of vibration welding improving the fatigue life was analysed according to metal fatigue theory.
