【Abstract】 Independent operation of logistics services in the institutions of higher education is the work that involves many fields and needs strict policy. It is a long-term job that can not come to an end overnight. From the way that Xi’an Petroleum Institute and the Logistics Services Group under Shaanxi Provincial Educational Office jointly develop and build the apartment village for the university students, we can see there are various patterns in independent operation of logistics services in the institutions of higher education.
