【摘要】 在深入研究国内外先进雨水资源利用技术的基础上 ,综合利用城市水利学的理论和观点 ,本着使城市雨水资源化成为一个系统化的理论与工程相结合的先进科学的目的 ,探讨了城市雨水资源化的基本方式和过程 ,提出了城市雨水资源化的原则 ,归纳了城市雨水资源化问题研究的基本内容 ,研究城市化和城市雨水资源化与城市水文的关系、城市防洪与雨水资源化的关系、城市雨水资源化规划模型等问题。其结果为城市雨水资源的综合利用、有效地控制城市雨洪和减少雨洪灾害损失提供了研究的思路、方式和方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the indepth study of advanced technology of rainwater resources both home and abroad and the comprehensive utilization of theory and viewpoint of urban rainwater resources science and with an aim at making urban rainwater resources become an advanced science of combining a systematic theory with engineering, this paper probes into the basic patterns and processes of urban rainwater resources, suggests the principle of urban rainwater resources, generalizes the basic research contents of urban rainwater resources problems, studies the relationships among the urbanization,urban rainwater resources and urban hydrology and relationships between the urban flood prevention and rainwater resources as well as the problems concerning urban water resources planning models, whose results can provide the research thinking, means and ways for the comprehensive utilization of urban rainwater resources, effective control over urban floodwater and reduction of disaster losses caused by flood water.更多还原
