复合材料扁壳的层间应力分析

【摘要】 给出了复合材料层合板壳弯曲变形的高阶位移模式 ,利用连续条件 ,导出了层间应力修正公式 ,并推导了相应的有限元方程。算例计算了多种铺设方式和多种材料组合的剪应力分布 ,分析了壳体曲率对层间应力的影响。结果表明 ,纤维铺设方向和不同材料组合对层间应力沿厚度的分布有较大影响 ,曲率的变化对层间应力的大小有一定影响 ,而对应力沿厚度的分布影响较小

【Abstract】 This paper describes a higher order displacement model of bending deformation in composite laminate plates and shells. The modifined formula of interlaminar stresses is derived and by using continuous conditions. The corresponding finite element equations are deduced in this paper. The distributions of shear stresses for various ply patterns and material combinations are calculated with the practical computing cases. The effects of the curvature of the shell body on interlaminar stresses are analyzed. The result shows that the directions of the fiber ply and different material combinations have more important effect on the distribution of interlaminar stresses along the thickness and that the variations in curvature affect the interlaminar stresses to some extent, but have a little effect on the distribution of stresses along the thickness.
