【Abstract】 Considering the Promotion of LDC’s (Less Development Countries) economic development and adjustment of their industrg straclure, a concept of Creative Intelligence is presented , the role played by the creative intelligence fostering in economic development is analyzed , and the relationship between the creative intelligence and international division in the two-country model is explained. Finally the Creative Intelligence Drain is analyzed and the conclusion is made that creative intelligence fostering will play a critical role in LDC’s steady economic development.更多还原
