板翅式换热器不同结构导流片导流性能的研究
Flow Distribution Performance of Different Distributor’s Configuration in Plate-Fin Heat Exchanger
【摘要】 分析了不同结构导流片对板翅式换热器内部物流分配不均匀性的影响 ,通过改变导流片的内部结构 ,对其导流性能进行了研究 .研究结果表明 ,板翅式换热器内部存在着物流分配的不均匀性 ,影响导流片导流性能的主要因素包括导流片的导流角度、雷诺数等 ,在导流角度为 4 5°、导流片结构参数在 0 1~ 0 2之间时 ,存在着最佳导流片结构参数值 .通过改变导流片的结构参数可有效地改善换热器内部的物流分配 ,尤其是可很好地改善换热器的横向物流分配 .研究结论对板翅式换热器的优化设计具有重要意义 .
【Abstract】 The flow nonumiformity and effects of different distributior’s configuration on flow distribution performance in plate fin heat exchanger was studied. It was found that there is maldistribution of fluid flow in plate fin heat exchanger. Inlet angle and Reynolds number are the main factors affecting the distributor’s performance. The experimental results also demonstrate that flow distribution in crosswise direction could be improved by changing the distributor’s configuration ( h/H ). There is an optimum dimension of h/H between 0 1~0 2 when a is equal to 45° and Re is equal to 2 200. The conclusions are helpful to the optimum disign of plate fin heat exchanger.
