机械压力机可编程控制器控制计算机模拟软件的研制
Computer Simulation of a Programmable Controller Control for the Mechanical Press
【摘要】 论述了对通用机械压力机可编程控制器 (PLC)控制进行计算机模拟的必要性及可行性 ,研制了相应的模拟软件 .叙述了模拟软件的基本功能 ,分析了模拟软件中PLC控制梯形图的绘制方法、梯形图等价逻辑语句程序的生成及文件保存的方式 ,并对锁值模拟、梯形图扫描跟踪、PLC控制及曲柄连杆机构运动过程的动态模拟进行了全面深入的研究 .该模拟软件界面友好 ,通用性强 ,在机械压力机动作过程中实际电器的输入和输出可直观地显示在微机界面上 ,从而为程序调试、修改带来了极大的方便 .
【Abstract】 A software to simulate mechanical press with programmable controller (PLC) control was developed. Beginning with the basic function description, the way to draw the ladder-shaped-diagram was analyzed and then Visual Basic 6 0 was used to translate this diagram into logic commands. The method to save such program was also analyzed. The lockup simulation, the scan and trace of the ladder-shaped-diagram, the dynamic simulation of the programmable controller control and the moving process of crank link slide machanism were also investigated. The software has friendly interface and is general. During mechanical press’s working process both inputs and outputs are shown on the interface, which makes editing and debuging of the program very easy.
