【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the object applicable to the insurance interest principle, a conclusion is reached that the insurance interest is not applicable to the applicant, indicating that the insured and certain beneficiaries should be applicable to the insurance interest principle. Based on this conclusion, a proposal is made by the authors that the definition of insurance interest in the "Insurance Law" of China should be revised as "The insurance interest is the law-acknowledged interest owned by the insured and certain beneficiaries over the target of insurance".更多还原
