【Abstract】 This paper analyses issues existing in institution environment of western industries’ development on the basis of economics and industry organization theories. Then it explores characteristics of western exploitation system in the fast-changing environment. Finally, it forms the net work system adapting to innovation and restructuring of western industries by construction of three-level relationship among enterprise innovation, industry restructuring and economic growth.更多还原
