新型不含铍镍铬烤瓷合金可铸造性的实验
Research on castability of a new type nickel based ceramic alloy without beryllium compared with CW-PA alloy and VB alloy
【摘要】 目的 :考察新型不含铍的镍铬铝钛烤瓷合金可铸造性能 ,为新型烤瓷合金的研制和临床应用提供实验依据。方法 :用网眼铸造测试法 (themeshcastingmethod) ,将合金进行包埋铸造 ,检查清点网格数 ,并计算其铸造百分率 ,与CW PA及VB钢等含铍镍铬烤瓷合金进行比较。结果 :新型不含铍的镍铬铝钛烤瓷合金的铸造百分率为 99.92 % ,与对照组相比差异无显著性。结论 :本实验揭示出新型不含铍镍铬烤瓷合金具有良好的可铸造性能 ,与含铍镍铬烤瓷合金相比无明显差异 ,为新型镍铬铝钛烤瓷合金的研制提供了实验依据。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the physical castability of a new type nickel based ceramic alloy without beryllium by comparing with CW PA alloy and VB alloy,for the purpose of future clinical application.Methods:The mesh casting method was used to evaluate this alloy, three kinds of alloys(nickel based ceramic alloy without beryllium,CW PA alloy and VB alloy) were casted into a kind of net on which 100 meshes contacts.The percentage was figured out by counting the casted meshes.Results:The percentage of castability of nickel based ceramic alloy without beryllium,CW PA alloy and VB alloy is respectively 99.92%,100%,100%.Conclusions:The new type nickel based ceramic alloy without beryllium has desirable castability and shows excellent cilincal performance.
