盘菜叶汁对环磷酰胺引起小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的影响
The Effects of the Leaf Juice of Brassica Rapa on the MicronucleusRate of the Marrow PCE of Mice Damaged by CP
【摘要】 本次实验以盘菜叶为材料 ,以环磷酰胺 (Cyclophosphamide ,以下简称CP)为诱变剂 ,测定盘菜叶汁对环磷酰胺诱变作用的影响 .结果表明盘菜叶汁有较强的抗诱变能力 .
【Abstract】 To study comparatively the leaf juice of Brassica rapa effects on marrow PCE of the mice damaged by CP. To observe the changes of the micronuleus rate in mice marrow PCE after the mice w ere irrigated by different doses of the leaf juice of Brassica rapa.The conclusion is that the leaf juice of Brassica rapa linn has anti-mutation effect.
