甲胺磷降解菌的分离与降解效能测定

【摘要】 从受甲胺磷污染的土壤中分离筛选到 1号、2号两种甲胺磷降解菌。采用气相色谱法 ,测定了两菌株对甲胺磷的降解能力。结果表明 ,相对于对照 ,采用不加琼脂的普通培养基培养 ,在第 3d,1号菌、2号菌、混合菌中的甲胺磷降解率分别提高了 16 .97% ,11.0 7% ,19.2 7%。 2 7d后分别提高 5 0 .2 0 %、2 6 .91%、5 7.4 3% .在 1号菌 ,2号菌 ,混合菌和对照中甲胺磷的半衰期分别约为 4 d,4 .5 d,3.5 d和 5 d。

【Abstract】 Two strains of methamidophos-degrading bacteria, No1 and No2, were isolated from polluted soils. The results showed that in the culture medium without agar-agar, the methamidophos degrading rates of No1, No2 and the mixed bacteria were 16.97%, 11.07% and 19.07% higher than the contrast respectively after 3 days of treatment. And 50.20%, 26.91% and 57.43% higher than the contrast respectively after 27 days of treatment. The half-life of methamidophos was about 4d, 4.5d, 3.5d and 5d respectively with the treatment of No1, No2, mixed bacteria and contrast.
