【摘要】 改革、创新教学方式、方法是每个教育工作者应努力研究、探索的课题。先拍摄学生练习时的技术动作 ,再通过电视录像当场放给练习者看 ,由他们自己判断自己的动作是否符合动作规范 ,从对比中发现错误动作或多余动作 ,在下一轮练习中加以纠正 ,从而提高教学质量 ,缩短教学时数 ,使技术动作更规范化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Every educational worker should endeavor to reform and create teaching methods.Shooting the students technical movements in class and show the students their movements through TV on spot and let them judge if their movements are standard so as to find out mistakes and unnecessary movements by comparison.In so doing,the students wrong movements can be corrected during the next round of training.As a result,quality of teaching is promoted,time of teaching is shortened and movements become more standardized.更多还原
