【摘要】 大连理工大学体育教学改革实行俱乐部制体育教学模式 ,经过一年多的改革、实践总结与思考已初步形成了自己的特色。在教改体制上实行“三个自主”———自主招生、自主聘用教师、自主改革实验。在教学管理上建立三个机制———实施俱乐部主任负责下的全员聘任制、教改工作目标的岗位责任制、科学的体育教学评价制。优化教育供需关系 ,提出“学生参与与教改”的特色研究。注重教学过程的研究 ,发展俱乐部的教改特色。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the club system as the mode of P.E. teaching in the past years,preliminary characteristics of reform of P.E. teaching in Dalian University of Science and Engineering has taken its shape.“Three autonomy”——autonomy of admission,autonomy of employment and autonomy of experimental reform are set up for teaching reform.Three systems——system of engaging crew with head of the club assuming responsibility,system of job responsibility and system of scientific evaluation of sports teaching are established for teaching management.Relationship between supply and demand is optimized.Studies on “student participating in the reform” are carried out.Process of teaching is emphasized.更多还原
