【摘要】 该文旨在探讨对乡镇卫生院人力综合素质评价的方法。研究将学历、职称和年龄三个因素在个人素质中的作用和影响有机结合 ,形成个人综合素质评分的计算公式。以该方法运用于所调查的 47个样本乡镇卫生院 ,计算结果经检验有一定的可靠性 ,说明方法在一定程度上可以用来描述一个卫生机构的卫生人力综合素质和水平 ,同时计算方法简便易行。本文同时探询了部分影响乡镇卫生院人力素质的因素 ,并提出相应建议更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly aims to develop an index to evaluate the comprehensive quality of township hospital manpower. The study integrates three main factors of individual education, the title of a technical post and age into a compound formula of manpower quality index. This method has been applied to evaluate the manpower quality of sample areas and proved its reliability and feasibility. Based on analysis, this paper presents some suggestions to the rural health sector’s manpower development.更多还原
