【摘要】 为了解延边地区不同丙型肝炎病毒 (HCV)基因型的分布特点 ,应用逆转录 聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR)技术 ,检测了 48例本地区抗HCV阳性血清 ,结果有 2 9例出现HCVRNA阳性。再利用限制性片段长度多态性 (RFLP)技术 ,对 2 9例RT PCR阳性标本进行HCV基因分型。结果延边地区主要流行HCVⅡ型 ,其次是HCVⅢ型 ,也存在HCVⅡ /Ⅲ混合型 ,且HCVⅢ型的感染率较高更多还原

【Abstract】 Genotypic distribution of hepatitis C viruses (HCV) in Yanbian Area of Jilin Province was studied. 29 cases were detected as HCVRNA positive using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR) anti HCV positive serum samples from 48 cases. Restriction fragment length polymorphism (RELP) was further used to classify the HCV genotypes. The results indicate that HCV type II is the most dominant genotype, and HCV type III is the second. The combination of HCV II/III also existed. The infection rate of HCV type III is fairly high.更多还原
