【Abstract】 HPLC method was developed for determination of maltose in IVIG,NH column was used in this investigation.First,protein was precipitated by sulphosalicylic a acid and centrifuged,then the supernatant was analysed by HPLC.Three grade calibration curves were set up by external standard method.This method is fast and accurate in comparision with the chemical method.更多还原
