【摘要】 为研究国产伤寒Vi多糖菌苗的稳定性 ,将保存三年以上的伤寒Vi多糖菌苗成品采用自然风干和 37℃恒温干燥两种方法浓缩后 ,用CL 4B柱层析分析系统 ,测定KD在 0 2 5前多糖的回收率 ,结果均大于 5 0 %。同时对保存三年以上的制品按规程进行了全检 ,结果均符合规程要求。表明国产菌苗放置三年依然合格。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study native preparation of Vi polysacharide vaccines,the final products of the vaccine were condensed by natural dry or heat at 37℃.The molecular weight of the polysaccharide was determined by the CL 4B gel filtration.The percentage of collection of polysaccharide eluted before 0.25 Kd were all more than 50%.It demonstrated that in three years storage the quality of final products were all in Conformity to "the requirements for Vipolysaccharide typhoid vaccine".更多还原
