【Abstract】 Health policy assessment covers a wide range of subjects. The health status of general population, and of patients, the quantity and quality of medical service, and the degree of residents and patients’ rights can be assessed respectively from three angles: effectiveness, efficiency, and justice. So it is difficult to identify the range of health policy assessment. Such issues as the aim, angles, and combination of inside with outside of health policy assessment and so on should be considered. Every assessment angle is simply explained in this paper.更多还原
