稀土锰酸盐纳米颗粒复合体系的软化学制备及磁电阻增强效应

【摘要】 介绍了一类具有增强磁电阻效应的新型稀土锰酸盐多晶颗粒复合体系及其化学制备方法 ,并对增强的机理进行了衩步的探讨 .

【Abstract】 By soft chemical processing several lanthanum manganite nano\| and micron\|sized granular composites have been fabricated,including μm/nm La 2/3 Sr 1/3 MnO\-3,CoFe\-2O\-4/La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO 3,Nd 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO\-3/La 0.7 Sr 0.3 MnO\-3 and La 2/3 Ca 1/3 MnO\-3/PPP(poly para\|phenyl) combined systems.Enhancement in magnetoresistance is observed in all these composites.Different compounds embedded in the granular manganites result in different temperature ranges where the enhancement occurs.It is believed that the phenomenon is associated with tunneling between various of grains and spin\|dependent scattering.
