镍有序纳米孔洞阵列厚膜的制备和表征
Fabrication and Characterization of Ordered Nanoporous Ni Membranes
【摘要】 以阳极氧化铝为模板通过两步复型的方法制备了金属镍的有序纳米孔洞阵列厚膜.镍膜的孔道彼此平行呈六角排列孔径约40nm孔洞间距80nm孔密度约1011个/cm2.
【Abstract】 Highly ordered nanoporous nickel me mbranes were fabricated by a two-ste p replication of porous anodic alumina with honeycomb structure.SEM analysis shows that the nan oholes of nickel membranes are hexagonally arranged in high regula rity.The mean diameter and the interval of the holes measured from the SEM micrograph are about 40nm and 80nm,r espectively.The mean diameter of th e hole array was dependent on the corresponding parameter of the poro us anodic alumina.Compared with alu mina membranes,the nanoporous meta l ones have many advantages in more suf ficient thermal,chemical stability and higher mechanical strength.Serving as a magnetic and conductive materia l,the nickel membrane template will be used for many technological and sc i-entific applications.The presente d process could be utilized to fabric ate nanostrctures of other nanochan nel materi-als.
