硫铁矿烧渣制备铁黄颜料的工艺研究
THE TECHNOLOGICAL STUDY ON THE PREPARATION OF IRON YELLOW FROM IRON SULFIDE SLAG.
【摘要】 介绍了以硫铁矿烧渣为原料 ,采用湿法硫酸盐氧化法制备氧化铁黄的工艺过程。研究了Fe2 + 浓度、空气流量、温度等因素对晶种制备及二步氧化过程的影响 ,确定了铁黄制备最佳工艺参数。经X -射线衍射 ,透射电镜测试 ,表明铁黄为针形α -FeOOH ,产品达到HG/T(2 2 49- 91)标准
【Abstract】 The technological process for the preparation of iron yellow from iron sulfide slag by sulfate oxidation method is described.The effects of Fe 2+ concentration,air flow rate and temperature on the crystal seed growth and secondary oxidation are studied.The optimum process parameters are determined.By XED and TEM test,it indicated that the iron yellow is acicular α-FeOOH and the product quality can meet the standard HG/T(2249-91).
