【摘要】 目的 :探索地尔硫卓治疗肺心病伴窦速的疗效。方法 :将 71例肺心病伴窦速的病人随机分为治疗组 (35例 )和对照组 (36例 ) ,二组病人均常规给予平喘或糖皮质激素 ,抗感染、吸氧、化痰等治疗 ,治疗组再加服地尔硫卓片。结果 :治疗组疗效明显优于对照组 ,有显著差异。结论 :应用地尔硫卓治疗肺心病伴窦速疗效好、安全、无明显副作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of diltiazem in treatment of cor pulmonale with sinus tachyceardia. Methods: Seventy one cor pulmonale patients with sinus tachycardia were randomly divided into treatment group(35 cases) and control group (36 cases). The therapeutic effect were observed separately. Resusts: The the raputic effect in treatment group was remarkably better than that in contral group. There was significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: Adding diltiazem to the conventional treatment of cor pulmoale, it is more effective?safe method without untoward reaction.更多还原
