炎性化学损伤对大鼠胃移行性复合运动的影响
Effect of Acute Chemical Injury on Gastric MMC of Rat
【摘要】 目的 :探讨大鼠胃化学性急性炎性损伤对胃移行性复合运动 (MMC)的影响及其可能的神经化学机制。方法 :在胃壁埋植应力传感器 ,于术后 5~ 7天应用 X- Y平衡记录仪进行实时动态记录正常 MMC及经胃管导入甲醛生理盐水后 MMC的变化。结果 :正常大鼠胃可记录到典型的 MMC活动 ;灌甲醛后胃MMC明显改变 ,出现阵发性收缩。结论 :胃化学性急性炎性损伤影响胃移行性复合运动 (MMC)。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the characteristics of interdigestive migrating motor complex(MMC) and the effect of acute chemical injury on gastric MMC. Methods: A strain gauge was implanted into rat gastric wall to record the motor action of the stomach and the alteration of MMC with the pain of gastric chemical inflammation when filling the stomach with formaldehyde through stomach tube. Rusults: MMC pattern could be clearly recorded in conscious rats; MMC has significant change when filling the stomach with formaldehyde. Conclusion: Acute gastric chemical injury may affect MMC.
