【摘要】 现行定额中的檐高引用的是建筑中的檐高 ,而檐高是确定工程类别的标准之一 ,当檐高在临界点附近时 ,将会使工程类型出现级的差别 ,从而使建筑物取费标准不合理 因此 ,预算中的檐高应与建筑中的檐高有所区别 为此给出了预算檐高的新定义 ,解决了执行定额中的争议 ,使计算的造价更加合理更多还原

【Abstract】 The height of an eaves gutter,which used in the budget,is the height of architecture;and the height of an eaves gutter is one of criteria determining the project type;when the height of an eaves gutter is near by the criterion height,a grade difference for the engineering type will occur,so the standard for the engineering is unreasonable.Thus,the difference of the height of an eaves gutter between in budget and in architecture must be distinguished.This paper gives a new definition for the height of eaves gutters and solves the problem in budget so as to make the project cost more reasonable.更多还原
