【Abstract】 To research on the Mergers & Acquisitions(M&A) of enterprises is of great significance in China’s economic development, and it helps perfecting for the enterprises the systems of property rights and market economy. The risks doing M & A of enterprises are explained and to avoid their risks it is emphasized to research the feasibility of M&A. Steps of the feasibility research are detailed.
