【Abstract】 With the economic development and deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,more attentions have been paid to management,but management is the most studied and least understood affective factors in the reform of Chinese stated-owned enterprises.Based on the analysis on Marxian dual connotations of management,this paper presents that correct understanding of management to economic development and to different social systems are of great importance and will be beneficial to the reform of state-owned enterprises.更多还原
