提拉法制备马氏体NiAl合金的研究
Study on Preparation of Martensite NiAl Alloy by Czochralski Technique
【摘要】 采用提拉法无污染磁悬浮冷坩埚技术生长出 Ni Al合金晶体。通过 XRD、EPMA、SEM对其进行了物相、成分及显微结构分析。结果表明 ,从高温急冷下来的 Ni- 34 at% Al合金具有板条状马氏体结构 ,且在晶界处分布着枝状的Ni3Al
【Abstract】 NiAl crystal has been prepared by Hukin’s magnetic levitation cold crucible in Czochralski technique. The constituent, phase and microstrcture analysis of nickel aluminium crystal have been carried out by X ray diffraction, electron probe X ray microanalysis and scanning electron microscope. The result showed that the microstructure of rapidly cooled NiAl alloy with the composition Ni 31at%Al consisted of two fraction, matrix of plate martensite and grain boundaries of dendritic Ni 3Al precipitate.
