【Abstract】 The controller of Enterprise Resource Control is the core of the enterprise, its controlling processes are complex and dynamic. So, ERG should own the support function of problem identification to assist decision-makers identify all kinds of prob-lems. Because of importance of problem identification, the paper discusses its concept model, and presents its function design and structure.
